Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary:£52,000 – £57,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Build Africa is an award-winning charity fighting poverty in rural communities. We work with vulnerable people across Africa to create positive change – helping children get a better education, and parents to earn a secure living – so that together we can find long-term solutions to inequality.

In 2016 we want to help more people than ever, and we’re looking for a dedicated Director of Strategy and Impact to help us deliver our work. If you’re passionate about beating poverty, join Build Africa to help make it happen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Build Africa’s growth and overseeing the quality and effectiveness of its programmes. They will have extensive experience of programme design, institutional and foundation fundraising, programme quality, impact and innovation.

This position is offered on a full-time contract and will be based in our Tunbridge Wells office. Working from home a proportion of the time will be considered as will a degree of flexitime. Build Africa will also offer a 6% pension contribution in addition to salary.
